Cottage Food Laws Workshop- Dyersburg, TN

Join The Mill Workspace and our community partners for a practical introduction to Tennessee’s cottage food laws.

This workshop will cover the Tennessee Food Freedom Act and the basics entrepreneurs need to know to start or grow a cottage food business. Mike Brown, Food Business Consultant with the Tennessee Department of Agriculture, will lead the session and provide helpful information for anyone interested in selling homemade food products.

The event will be held Thursday, September 24, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Main Street Dyersburg Farmers Market, 335 Clark Ave., Dyersburg, TN. The cost is $10.

This workshop is presented in partnership with UT Extension, Tennessee State University Extension, Dyersburg-Dyer County Chamber of Commerce, and Main Street Dyersburg Farmers Market.
