Why Join Our Business Accelerator?
- Comprehensive Support: Our program offers a structured roadmap to business success, ensuring you have the guidance and insights needed to overcome challenges and achieve your business goals.
- Expert Mentorship: Gain access to experienced mentors who will provide personalized advice and support throughout your entrepreneurial journey.
- Learning: You will participate in three in-person workshops and two to three monthly virtual sessions focused on our six primary areas. Those are Leadership, Execution, People Management, Process Management, Customer/Marketing Management, and Profitability Concepts.
- Networking Opportunities: Connect with like-minded entrepreneurs and business experts to expand your network and open new doors for your business.
- Office Space: All members of the cohort will receive free coworking space and conference room usage at our Dyersburg office for the duration of the accelerator.
- Software: You will have a 12-month subscription to the DaSilva Consulting RTS software platform used to track your progress toward your business goals.

- Business X-Ray (BXR) Assessment: Conduct an in-depth evaluation of your business's operational status, identifying strengths and areas for improvement across key dimensions such as leadership, processes, customer engagement, and profitability.
- Vision to Bottom Line (V2B) Strategic Plan and Workshop: The Vision to Bottom Line (V2B) Strategic Plan is a dynamic and efficient approach to growing your business. It connects your vision - the reason you became a business owner - to your bottom-line goals, ensuring positive customer and financial outcomes.
- Virtual COO (VCOO) Training and Guidance: Receive ongoing training and guidance from our Virtual COO program to enhance your operational efficiency and strategic planning.
- High-Performance Tactical Planning: Develop and implement customized 90-day plans to drive tangible improvements in your business operations and profitability.
- Impact Reporting: Access comprehensive reports detailing your business's progress.
Program Requirements
- Business Location: Must be an existing business located in one of the following counties in Northwest Tennessee: Benton, Carroll, Crockett, Dyer, Gibson, Henry, Lake, Obion, or Weakley.
- Team: There should be at least a team of two and demonstrated traction in the market. There could be revenue from sales and/or outside investments in the business.
- Intent: You must be ready to take the necessary steps to achieve growth in your business.
- Other Options: If you don’t feel that this program is right for your business, we also offer our Startup Bootcamp program for early-stage companies and idea-phase business concepts.
Value and Cost
- Value: This program costs several thousand dollars per participant to facilitate. We are able to offer this program for much less due to our grant support from LaunchTN and support from several generous sponsors.
