FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
On Tuesday, March 5th several Northwest Tennessee entrepreneurs gathered at The Mill in Dyersburg for a kickoff session of the Proof Restaurant Resilience program.
The first session was led by veteran restauranteur Mike Robinson, CEO of Proof Bar and Incubator out of Chattanooga.
Participants in the program learned from Chris Donaldson, CEO of The Mil, about all the new programs and services offered to entrepreneurs from Northwest Tennessee. Robinson then led the group through a summary of the program outline for the next eight weeks.
After Robinson spoke, all participants had an opportunity to share about their hopes and dreams for their businesses and pain points that they are currently experiencing. A lively and supportive conversation was shared by all those that participated before and after the workshop concluded.
Robinson and his team of coaches at Proof will be leading virtual classes and coaching sessions as well as visiting the establishments of participants in the program. This program will conclude at the end of April.
Additionaly, The Mill Workspace is providing free coworking space to all that were accepted into the program and attended the Tuesday session.
The Mill Workspace is facilitating this new program with grant funding from LaunchTN with hopes of helping restaurants start and scale with high-quality education, mentoring, coaching, and networking with peers.
The mission of The Mill is to help businesses to start and grow in Northwest Tennessee through educational programs, one-on-one coaching and mentoring, and by facilitating connections with needed resources in the community.
