Dyersburg, TN – May 16, 2025 – Since hitting the road in 2022, Antojitos y Taqueria Don Chelis has become a staple in Dyer County, delivering authentic south-of-the-border flavor with every stop. Founded by Fabiola Nieto, the family-owned business has gained a loyal following with menu favorites.
Rooted in family and tradition, the success of Antojitos Don Chelis is a collective effort. Fabiola, alongside her partner Jose Ramirez and their children—Brenda Robles, Montana Ramirez, Karen Nieto, and Dylan Ramirez—brings warmth and authenticity to every dish. The business name pays tribute to Robles’ late grandfather, whose memory fuels the family's drive and commitment to excellence.
“Our parents wanted something they could truly call their own,” said Robles.
The menu, consistent no matter where the truck travels, features flavorful staples like Al Pastor tacos, quesabirrias, tortas, tamales, and aguas frescas. With options like barbacoa and azada, there’s something for every appetite, all crafted with care and authenticity.
When they’re not catering events, you can often find Antojitos parked near Save-A-Lot in Dyersburg, serving up fresh eats with a side of family charm.
