Dyersburg, TN – May 30, 2025 – TJ and Andrea Roberson Walley, the husband-and-wife team behind Walley Taters and More, have quickly become a culinary force in the regional food truck scene.

Their journey began in 2021 with the acquisition of Eddyville’s Fried Pork Skins, originally founded by Edd Daniels. Building on Daniels’ solid foundation, the Walleys have expanded their mobile food business into a thriving enterprise known for quality, consistency, and outstanding customer service.

Married for eight years, TJ and Andrea have successfully combined their talents to grow both Eddyvilles Fried Pork Skins and Walley Taters and More. TJ transitioned into the food truck world after a career as an automotive instructor at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT), where he continues to work part-time. It was during his time at TCAT that he met Edd Daniels—an introduction that would spark his entrepreneurial journey.

The pair’s shared love of food and family has been a driving force behind their success. “I’ve always loved to cook, and the idea of taking a food truck on the road really appealed to me,” said TJ. “I spent a lot of time researching different ideas and when I came across the concept of loaded spuds, I knew I had found the perfect fit.”

That passion became a reality with the launch of Walley Taters and More in 2024, offering customers hearty, flavorful dishes served quickly—orders are typically fulfilled in five minutes or less. Customers can also place preorders by texting or calling 731-478-7679.

While Andrea manages operations for Eddyville’s Fried Pork Skins, TJ leads the Walley Taters and More truck. The couple’s hard work has paid off, with a packed schedule of events stretching through October—and more being added. You’ll find their food trucks at popular events across the region, including the Rockabilly Highway Revival Festival in Selmer, TN, the Reelfoot Lake Arts and Crafts Show in Lake County, and BBQ on the River in Paducah, KY.

For the Walleys, business ownership has offered more than just professional success—it’s given them the flexibility to prioritize family. Proud parents tDSC08523o Taylor Bradford (20), Ethan Bradford (18), and Remington Walley (16), TJ and Andrea say one of the greatest rewards of their business is the ability to spend more quality time with their children.

Looking to the future, the Walleys have even bigger plans. “Once our youngest graduates high school, we’re taking the show on the road,” said TJ. “We’ll be traveling, selling great food, and seeing the country—sounds good to me.”
