Dyersburg, TN — June 4, 2025 — We are excited to introduce Gibson County native Kadince Ferguson as the newest member of The Mill Workspace team! Kadince will be interning with The Mill this summer and will be working on specific projects planned to highlight small businesses across the nine-county region of Northwest Tennessee.
Kadince is currently in her senior year at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. She will be graduating this winter with her BA in Public Relations.
Kadince says her two greatest passions in life are people and small businesses, making her the perfect fit for The Mill Workspace.
“This summer, I'm especially looking forward to gaining hands-on experience with writing, videography, editing, and client communication,” Kadince shared. “I'm incredibly thankful to The Mill CEO Chris Donaldson and Community Manager Rachel Townsend for welcoming me to the team with open arms and for taking the time to help me grow.”
