Dyersburg, TN - September 22, 2025 - Entrepreneurs across Northwest Tennessee recently completed the Roadmap to Success business accelerator, a six-month program presented in partnership with The Mill Workspace and Da Silva Consulting.
Designed to guide small business owners through structured growth, the program combined hands-on workshops, virtual learning, and ongoing mentorship to help participants strengthen their businesses.
The program kicked off in early April 2025, with six entrepreneurs representing industries from food and retail to social enterprise, ecommerce, and tactical training joined the inaugural cohort. Over the course of six months, they engaged in a curriculum focused on leadership, execution, people management, process improvement, customer engagement, and profitability. Each session challenged participants to evaluate their operations with honesty, identifying barriers, and designing solutions using specialized tools and frameworks.
Three in-person workshops allowed participants to network and build lasting relationships, while being able to fully engage in curriculum designed to take their business to the next level.
The Vision to Bottom Line session encouraged participants to align their long-term goals with day-to-day decisions, while the High-Performance Framework guided them through diagnosing their businesses with a “Business X-Ray” and mapping out detailed solutions.
Exercises such as the Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, and the Solution Matrix pushed participants to think strategically about root causes and prioritize actions that would deliver the most impact.
Participants in the Roadmap to Success will continue to receive mentorship and coaching from both The Mill and Da Silva Consulting to implement the practices learned throughout the first six months of the program.
