Benton County, TN - November 13, 2025 - On November 12, local business owners from Benton, Henry, Weakley, and McKenzie counties gathered at the Benton County Public Library for the Local & Loved Workshop, a collaborative event presented by The Mill and the Benton County Chamber of Commerce.

Led by social media strategist and small business owner Elizabeth Pritchett, the workshop focused on simple, actionable strategies to help local businesses strengthen their online presence and build deeper connections with their audiences.

Through her signature K.I.S.S. framework—Know, Interact, Simplify, Sell—Pritchett encouraged attendees to clarify their message, engage more intentionally with their customers, and focus on service-driven selling.

She also shared a “Local Hit List” of practical ways to boost visibility, from updating Google listings to partnering with other small businesses and local influencers.

The event drew a full room of entrepreneurs eager to grow their reach and visibility heading into the holiday season. It marked another successful collaboration between The Mill Workspace and the Benton County Chamber of Commerce, both committed to equipping local businesses with tools for growth in an ever-changing digital landscape.
