Dyersburg, TN - December 29, 2025 - As 2025 comes to a close, The Mill Workspace is proud to reflect on a year marked by growth, connection, and community impact across Northwest Tennessee. Located in the heart of downtown Dyersburg, The Mill continues to serve as much more than a co-working space, it’s a true entrepreneurial hub dedicated to helping small businesses start, grow, and thrive.
This year, The Mill served all nine counties of Northwest Tennessee, including Gibson, Crockett, Obion, Carroll, Weakley, Dyer, Lake, Benton, and Henry; the mission: to help businesses start and grow in Northwest Tennessee.
Whether someone arrived with a brand-new idea or an established business ready to scale, The Mill offered guidance and support at every step. In 2025, we welcomed over a dozen food truck operators for our Food Truck Fridays at The Mill, multiple podcasters, retailers, restaurant owners, and online entrepreneurs.
Our 2025 impact across the region included:
- 26 Workshops held
- 9 Counties served
- 19 Food trucks promoted through the Food Truck Friday program
- 1,077 Community members served through Food Truck Friday
- 20 Business video spotlights and community features
- 2 Business Accelerator launched
- 4 After Hours Community Events
- 1 SBA Roundtable Event
- And dozens of one-on-one business consultations with entrepreneurs.
Each workshop, coaching session, cohort program and community event played a role in strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Northwest Tennessee.
Education remained a cornerstone of The Mill’s mission. Throughout 2025, workshops continued to equip business owners with real-world skills they could apply immediately. Some of the year’s most popular sessions included:
- Managing Conflict in the Workplace
- Facebook Ads
- Canva Made Simple
- Building a Canva Branding Kit
- Social Media Reels
- Excel for Beginners
- Getting Started with QuickBooks Online
- Holiday Marketing Made Simple
- And more
A frequently updated schedule of events is always available at TheMillWorkspace.com.
Another significant 2025 initiative of The Mill’s was the continued support of the region’s food truck community. By managing the Street Food Finder app for Northwest Tennessee, The Mill helped bridge the gap between food truck owners and hungry customers across the region.
The app allows users to:
- Locate food trucks within a 25-mile radius
- View real-time menus and schedules
- Discover events and pop-up locations
Food truck owners looking to get involved can learn more at TheMillWorkspace.com/programs/food-trucks.
And with more than 1,000 community members served through Food Truck Friday alone this year, it’s clear that this program is needed and can be expected to grow in the years to come.
Beyond classes and programs, The Mill continue to offer:
- One-on-one business counseling
- Co-working space
- Consultation on projects
- Multi-week cohorts for startups and scaling businesses
This year was filled with meaningful progress, and the momentum is only growing. As The Mill heads into 2026, the goals remain focused: expanding workshops, strengthening regional connections, supporting more food truckers, and continuing to help entrepreneurs turn ideas into thriving businesses.
To everyone who attended a workshop, booked a co-working day, launched a business, or simply stopped by to learn more- thank you. You are the heartbeat of The Mill Workspace and the reason this mission continues to grow.
Here’s to another year of innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurship across Northwest Tennessee.
