Kenton, TN - February 2, 2026 - A family business specializing in sourdough pizzas has been turning heads across West Tennessee. Yummy Sourdough Pizza, launched in fall 2024 by husband-and-wife team Robert and Tiffany Aguirre of Kenton, TN, is serving up bold flavors with a personal, family-first approach. The idea started at home, where the Aguirres found a shared love for making sourdough pizzas and decided to bring their favorite creations on the road.
“We just love making people happy,” said Tiffany, “and we love being able to do it all together, as a family.”
Joining them on the truck are their three children, Nicolas, Lexi, and Trebor. The Aguirres say they are thankful for the chance to build a business that includes their entire family.
“We are a family business, and we take our kids everywhere, because we homeschool them and so they are with us all the time,” explained Tiffany. “We love that and can’t imagine doing it without them. They are learning so much and even they have grown in the journey of ours and learning to be more comfortable talking to people and taking their orders.”
The menu features crowd favorites like Meatlovers, Supreme, Cheese, and Pepperoni, along with a build-your-own option and their newest addition, BBQ Pork Pizza. With pizzas cooking in under five minutes, Yummy Sourdough Pizza delivers a quick and satisfying meal without a long wait.
“You don’t walk away hungry when you’re done eating one of the pizzas,” said Robert.
For the Aguirres, it is about more than serving great pizza. It is about sharing something they love while working side by side as a family and leaving every customer ready to come back for more.
