Dyersburg, TN – February 11, 2026- In partnership with the Main Street Dyersburg Farmers Market, we are excited to bring Food Trucks back to the center of the conversation. On March 26, food truck owners and aspiring entrepreneurs across Northwest Tennessee will have the opportunity to learn directly from some of the region’s most experienced operators during "Truck Talk: Back for Seconds", an upcoming networking and discussion event.
"Truck Talk: Back for Seconds" is the second panel discussion hosted by The Mill, where food truck owners and aspiring food truckers are invited to learn more about the business from the folks who know.
The event brings together a panel of local food truck owners who have successfully navigated the challenges of launching and sustaining mobile food businesses. Speakers include Jason Foust of Squatch BBQ, George and Elisabeth Howard of By George, You Got It!, TJ Walley of Walley Taters and More, and Jina and Wade Jeffries of Squeals on Wheels.
Each panelist will bring their own unique experiences and insights into the conversation.
Truck Talk will open with food truck tours provided by our panel guests, followed by a moderated panel discussion, allowing speakers to share their experiences, lessons learned, and practical advice.
The program will be held from 4-8 p.m. at the Main Street Dyersburg Farmers Market, located at 335 Clark St. This event is free to attend, but registration is required.
- Food truck tour: 4-6 p.m.
- Panel Discussion: 6-8 p.m.
Topics are expected to include starting a food truck from the ground up, choosing and refining menu items, managing operations, navigating regulations, and adapting to the unique demands of the mobile food industry.
Designed for both seasoned food truck owners and those just beginning to explore the idea, the event is the place for honest conversation, peer learning, and community connection. Truck Talk aims to strengthen the local food truck ecosystem by encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing among operators at every stage of the journey.
