Dyersburg, TN – February 17, 2026 - Monday, February 16, marked the kickoff of The Mill Workspace’s Startup: Business Bootcamp in Dyersburg, TN. This year’s program welcomes eight entrepreneurs from across Northwest Tennessee, including Dyer, Crockett, Benton, and Obion counties. Startup: Business Bootcamp is designed to help recently launched businesses, as well as those in the idea phase, clearly define their business models. The program is led by The Mill Workspace Director Chris Donaldson.
Participants explore and analyze their marketing strategies while strengthening their business structure and financial foundation.
The course includes eight sessions held twice weekly from 6–8 p.m.
In addition to coursework, participants have access to free co-working throughout the program and receive one-on-one consultations to help refine their next steps and address specific business needs.
“Programs like Startup: Business Bootcamp provide small businesses with the resources they need to succeed. The Mill Workspace is proud to offer tools that support strong economic development through small business growth. Many of these business owners are starting businesses for the very first time,” said The Mill Community Manager Rachel Townsend. “They are navigating a lot of firsts and unknowns, walking the line between success and failure. Our support includes programs like Startup: Business Bootcamp, but it doesn’t stop there. As part of our mission, we offer free one-on-one business consultations designed to meet owners where they are, in addition to a variety of business workshops.”
