Dyersburg, TN - March 3, 2026 - We are ramping up for another Food Truck Friday season at The Mill Workspace. We will begin bookings for Food Trucks now, with the first Food Truck Friday slated for April 3. Bookings can be made by contacting us at
"Last year, our team made a large push to invite food trucks from across the Northwest Tennessee region," said The Mill Community Manager Rachel Townsend. "Food trucks were invited to set up weekly between the months of April and early December. During that time, we welcomed 19 food trucks from across all nine counties of NWTN who served up to 1,077 community members. We hope this year will be just as successful, with our primary goal to connect communities with small business owners. What started as Food Truck Friday turned into an event that we hosted on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and, on a few occasions, Tuesdays."
“We had the opportunity to network with many owner/ operators, share their stories, and help market their products, introducing their menus to our community partners,” added Townsend. “Simultaneously, this event helped us introduce another small business tool - Street Food Finder. This app is instrumental in connecting food trucks with their target audience. It takes out the guesswork of finding your favorite food truck by allowing you to see their location and menu via a mobile app. This app is already popular in metro areas where food trucks have a denser presence. We hope it will catch on in West Tennessee as well.”
By signing up for Street Food Finder and accepting events through the app, food truck owners are not only able to have their menu and location visible for customers, but they are also able to accept bookings for venues utilizing the app and collaborate with other food truckers to create and market food truck festivals.
Food truck owners not signed up for the app can register at Welcome to StreetFoodFinder | StreetFoodFinder.com.
