Dyersburg, TN - March 17, 2026 - On Thursday, March 12, The Mill Workspace concluded its final night of the 2026 Startup: Business Bootcamp, graduating seven entrepreneurs from across Northwest Tennessee. Held in Dyersburg, TN, the program ran for four weeks at The Mill Workspace in downtown Dyersburg, with classes meeting twice a week from 6–8 p.m.
Designed to support individuals in both the startup and idea phases of small business development, the program covered essential topics including marketing and sales, accounting, business structure, planning, finances, and more.
Outside of the classroom, each participant was encouraged to engage in one-on-one consultations with The Mill Workspace Director Chris Donaldson. These sessions provided additional support and helped participants make thoughtful, deliberate decisions about their business models.
Industries represented in the cohort included retail, automotive services, HVAC and plumbing, monitored visitation services, and efficiency consulting.
One participant said they appreciated the opportunity to “learn from over 25 years of experience while using the curriculum to organize all of the information presented.”
Another participant said, “Anyone looking to start a business or learn about avenues to advance their business would benefit from attending.”
