Dyersburg, TN – March 27, 2026 – The Mill Workspace, in partnership with the Dyersburg-Dyer County Chamber of Commerce and the Main Street Dyersburg Farmers Market, successfully hosted Truck Talk: Back for Seconds on March 26 at the Main Street Dyersburg Farmers Market. The event welcomed food truck owners and aspiring entrepreneurs from across Northwest Tennessee for an evening focused on connection, shared experiences, and practical insight into the mobile food industry.
The program provided the opportunity to tour participating food trucks, meet operators, and hear directly from a panel of experienced owners who have built and sustained their businesses in the region.
Panelists included Jason Foust of Squatch BBQ; George Howard of By George, You Got It!; TJ Walley of Walley Taters and More; and Justin Beavers of Squeals on Wheels. Each brought a different perspective to the conversation, covering topics such as getting started, managing day-to-day operations, and navigating the challenges unique to food truck businesses.
The program began with food truck tours, providing a behind-the-scenes look at equipment, setups, and workflows.
“We appreciate all of the regional food truckers who took the time to come to the Dyersburg Main Street Farmers Market for the second round of Truck Talk,” said Rachel Townsend, Community Manager at The Mill Workspace. “Small business is a hustle, and having others in your network to learn and grow from is one of the best free resources you could ask for. We look forward to hosting more programs like this in Northwest Tennessee and are excited to see how our panelists grow in the years to come.”
Truck Talk continues to serve as a platform for peer learning and collaboration, strengthening the regional food truck network while supporting entrepreneurs at every stage of business development.
