Dyersburg, TN - August 4, 2026 - Dyersburg native Esther Hugueley recently launched a business that brings together her 20 years of experience in social work to help families across the region. Launched in 2026, SVS Monitoring Services addresses a critical need for court-ordered visitation monitoring, offering a professional and structured solution for families navigating complex situations.

SVS Monitoring Services serves clients across multiple areas of Northwest Tennessee, including Dyer, Lake, Lauderdale, Gibson, and Weakley counties.

“As we grow, we plan to expand to other areas within the region,” said Hugueley.

While SVS Monitoring Services didn't launch until 2026, Hugueley says the business journey began in 2020, when she first recognized the gap in services and sought to fill the need.

“After many years of research [and] training, I felt like I had what I needed to take the leap of faith to begin this business journey,” explained Hugueley. “There is a critical need for unbiased, trained monitors to supervise parent/child time that’s court-ordered.

“Supervised Visitation Solutions provides services that help children and families who are going through very difficult and challenging times. It can assist attorneys and courts to determine the next steps for parents and children who are experiencing these situations that require their visitations to be supervised.”

SVS Monitoring Services provides trained monitors who observe visitations and prepare unbiased reports for legal representatives and the court system. The process includes an intake, safety assessment, individual interviews, and a parent-child orientation.

“During the parent-child orientation, SVS Monitoring assesses legal documents and requirements outlined by the court system to develop a safety plan. We then address the number of visits that are needed and define what the visitation schedule is going to look like, both time and dates. And then, we also determine a neutral location that meets both families’ needs within the region…This allows them to have a conflict-free, safe environment for the child visits.”

By combining decades of social work experience with specialized training, Hugueley hopes to provide families, attorneys, and the courts with a trusted resource during some of life's most challenging circumstances. As the business continues to grow, SVS Monitoring Services aims to expand its reach while remaining focused on creating safe, structured environments that prioritize the well-being of children and families.
