Dyersburg, TN - October 26, 2026 - Northwest Tennessee author and workplace mediator Merry Brown recently led a workshop entitled How to Be Unprofessional at Work at The Mill Workspace in Dyersburg, TN. The workshop covered key topics including back-and-forth discussions regarding what professionalism looks like in the workplace and how to avoid behaviors that undermine trust \and create conflict in the workplace.
The workshop welcomed over a dozen business professionals and was sponsored by The Mill Workspace, Dyersburg State Community College Workforce Development, and the Dyersburg-Dyer County Chamber of Commerce.
Attendees said the workshop was well-delivered, with real-life problems and feedback that would help them have the confidence to address everyday workplace issues.
